ERP Integration Service, LoadAndImportData Is Not Working (Doc ID 2217447.1)

Symptoms

When using ERP integratoin services , using operatoin LoadAndImportData for loading supplier data for import, the following error is received :

Operation : LoadAndImportData

webservice internal name : entire internal LoadAndImportData

Job generated is executed with error and returns next log:

"Identified Control File: ApInvoicesInterface.ctl
Identified Product Top: AP_TOP
Copying Control File: ApInvoicesInterface.ctl from:/u01/APPLTOP/fusionapps/applications/fin/ap/bin
Replacing occurrences of request identifier with: 45237
Writing Control File: ApInvoicesInterface.ctl to: /u01/APPLTOP/instance/ess/rfd/45237
Orphan files PozSuppliersInt.csv, are present in the zip file which are not submitted to sqlldr job. Please check the names of the files"
