Requirement to update the Organizational Hierarchy using file import

Facing issue when transferring the Sales Representative from the Existing Manager to a Different Manager using file import. The file was imported successfully , but the sales representative is now part of both the organizations of previous and current manager.

Also, if searching for the same sales representative in "Manage User" task, the Reporting Manager field is null, and the Resource Role is also null and also the Organization is of the previous manager.
