Competition Functionality Enhancement Requests (Doc ID 2217473.1)

Can we improve the functionality of the "Competitions" by adding the following features:
1. Not able to administer all of the teams to enter points - on an individual, only the individual can enter the points not an 'administrator'
2. Allocate a team captain - cannot add same person as all of them conduct the administration of adding points
 The Team captain cannot be an individual in the Team also. the client wishes to add the same person as the manager for all teams so they could do the admin, error 'This person is already assigned to team. Cannot add member!' appears.
3. No notifications are sent when the competition is updated
4. Cannot edit the teams once it's setup - new starters would not be there, leavers may still show
5. Create a template to use each month to create a repeat monthly competition to save time setting them up
