Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, CX Integration

When attempting to access Eloqua Profiler and Eloqua Engage from Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC), the following error occurs.

ERROR
An error has occurred


Replication Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Go to Leads application
3. Edit any existing Leads
4. Click on either the Eloqua Profiler or the Engage link

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view Eloqua Profiler and Engage from OSC
