Fields Not Showing-up In The 'Search and Select' box (Doc ID 2218114.1)

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Add button showing wrong fields

In Sales application a custom object 'List' is created.
There is M:M relation created between List and Contact object.
List has a subtab of contacts, in this page when Add contact button is clicked in popup, the required fields are not shown in the 'Search and Select' box.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
when Add contact button is clicked all fields of contact should be shown.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Sales application a custom object 'List' is created.
2. There is M:M relation created between List and Contact object.
3. List has a subtab of contacts, in this page when Add contact button is clicked
Observe that the required fields are not shown in the 'Search and Select' box
