Symptoms

ISSUE CLARIFICATION

When attempting to view the campaigns associated with contacts in a report,
the following occurs...

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The application should display all the campaigns associated with contacts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The application is not showing all the campaigns associated with
contacts, many of the campaigns are missing

BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------
The report created under Contact History subject area is not working as
expected

STEPS
-----------------------
By following these steps the issue can be reproduced:


1. Login as the user XXX
2. Check the report path : My Folders : Contact Campaign 1 - this report
is made under Contact History subject area
3. Only the campaigns with Campaign Type: Direct EMail or Email are
showing up
4. Other campaigns with Campaign Type such as Mill Visit are not showing
up
5. If you check the other report path: My Folders : Mill Vist - Campaign
Response History 1 - you will see there are campaigns with campaign type:
Mill Visit - this report is made under Campaign Response History subject
area

I could use this Subject Area except for the fact that according to the Help
information, "NOTE: Campaign response data is limited to data from Oracle
Email Marketing On Demand campaigns only. It does not display response data
for campaigns where the data has been entered through the Oracle CRM On
Demand user interface". So I could be missing data in my report that has been
entered by users via the UI.

ISSUE VERIFICATION:

Verified the issue by duplicating issue on customer's environment using impersonation sign in access and recreated the following :

1. Login as the user XXX
2. Check the report path : My Folders : Contact Campaign 1 - this report
is made under Contact History subject area
3. Only the campaigns with Campaign Type: Direct EMail or Email are
showing up
4. Other campaigns with Campaign Type such as Mill Visit are not showing
up
5. If you check the other report path: My Folders : Mill Vist - Campaign
Response History 1 - you will see there are campaigns with campaign type:
Mill Visit - this report is made under Campaign Response History subject
area
