Multiple Filters On Summary Box For Account

Discrepancy with the summary box created on Account based on a custom object while calculating the count using Multiple filters. If only one filter criteria is specified, the count is being calculated correctly, while using multiple, it is showing count as zero.
Filter are specified on the Status attribute one row for 'OPEN' and one more row for 'REOPENED'
