Goal

How to correct a closed work order? 

For example,  change quantity on a closed work order.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1.  Create work order
2.  Transact the items
3.  Close the work order.
4.  The quantity transacted is wrong.
5.  Need to update the work order with correct quantity.
6.  Unable to revert the status of the work order from Close to Release.
