SSO Mobile authentification error - The server says OAM 11g (Doc ID 2219389.1)

Symptoms

SSO has been enabled on the environment, web authentication is working fine, but when we try to log in with SSO through the mobile application we are redirected to a mobile browser and the app keeps requesting the username and password with the following text:
Server xxxx-test.login.em2.oraclecloud.com is requesting your username and password. The server says "OAM 11g".


Changes

 It has been seen on upgrade from REL 12.1 to REL 13.XX where SSO was enabled already, on Classic Mobile (Sales Cloud Mobile App).
