SSO Mobile authentification error - The server says OAM 11g

SSO has been enabled on the environment, web authentication is working fine, but when we try to log in with SSO through the mobile application we are redirected to a mobile browser and the app keeps requesting the username and password with the following text:
Server is requesting your username and password. The server says "OAM 11g".


 It has been seen on REL 11 upgrade to REL 12 where SSO on Classic Mobile was already configured.
