Symptoms

When an employee adds a goal and submits for manager approval, the employee gets an error notification "Your Changes to One or More Goals Were Rejected Because of an Error During the Approval Process. Contact Your HR Specialist".

This is issue is encountered for few employees only, but not for others.

1. Worker submits the goal for approval
