Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, CX Integration

When accessing the Eloqua Profiler from Lead edit page, the user is shown the message "E-Mails: no email" after the user logins to Eloqua.

Replication Steps:

  1. Edit a Lead
  2. Click on the Eloqua Profiler subpage
  3. Login to Eloqua when prompted
