2 inter dependent FCLs were created in reverse order.
In this case we had 2 FCL Fields: Vertical and ActivityType_c. ActivityType_c has its values dependent on the Vertical.
These fields were created in reverse order. First ActivityType_c was created.Then Vertical was created.
The expectation from OSC side is that they will be created in the order of their dependency. Thus Vertical should have been created first, followed by ActivityType_c.
The arguments in the web service payload is set in the order in which the fields were created. Hence we need to apply a correction in the MDS.
After the 2 FCLs were created the issue occurred due to the fact that the depending FCL (ActivityType_c) was created before the independent one (Vertical).
