Fusion AP: Receiving Error While Accounting For Payment, Cannot Derive Account (Doc ID 2220240.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create accounting for payments the following error occurs.

Subledger Accounting was unable to retrieve a value for the accounting flexfield account rule.
Cause: GL account cannot be derived by account rule.
Action: Review the account rule definition and the extract source values, if applicable,
for the event and make sure a valid GL account can be derived for the subledger journal entry.
