Absence Management: Absence Type Missing from Drop Down List in Absence Administration, when Creating an Absence Record (Doc ID 2220371.1)

An employee is enrolled on 2 Absence Plans.
Both plans are active, in his case however he is not unable to take he absence type linked as in the List of Values of absences types, there is no option in drop down list for this specific absence type

The Absence Type should be in the drop down list in Absence Administration, when creating an absence record.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go on Person Management
2. Search for employee
3. Manage Absence Records
3. Try to add the absence type
