Information in this document applies to any platform.
There are two steps that are being performed. First step is for the Process Expense Reimbursement process and the 2nd step is where the service is invoked where the xml file is grabbed with the Cash Advances from the UCM and processed.
The 2nd step is working fine for User:1 but not for User: 2. Client need to check the user diagnostics between both users to see the issue.
For the 1st step, they are using the following text:

For the user the job submitted via Scheduled processes UI was behaving differently than the same job (with same parameters) submitted through Webservice.
