Some Receipts Are Not Getting Pickup By The Apply Receipts Using Automatch Process

Some receipts are not getting pickup by the Apply Receipts Using AutoMatch process. The issue is happening only for some existing old receipts.

Automatch should successfully applies receipts to invoices.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the AutoMatch Rule
2. Assign the AutoMatch Rule to customers and customer sites
3. Run the AutoMatch process ESS job
