Symptoms

When attempting to upgrade the Salesforce integration package from 4.12 to 7.0, the user receives the following error.

Your request to install package "Oracle CPQ Commerce Integration 7.0" was unsuccessful. None of the data or setup information in your salesforce.com organization was affected.

If your install continues to fail, contact Salesforce CRM Support through your normal channels and provide the following information.

Organization: Example Org
User: Example User
Package: Oracle CPQ Commerce Integration 
Error Number: 1624090860-236793 (-1828876133)
