Fusion INV: Facing an Issue While Creating "Account Alias Issue" using FBDI (Doc ID 2221213.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Inventory

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to create "Account Alias Issue" type transaction using FBDI


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account Alias Issue Inventory Transactions should be imported successfully using FBDI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the Inventory Transaction FBDI Template with necessary data
2. Generate CSV zip and upload to UCM server using "File Import and Export"

3. Run the Load Interface File for Import -> Create Inventory Transactions
3. Run Manage Inventory Transactions
4. Still the data is not getting loaded due to validation errors.

Due to this issue, users cannot create inventory transactions using FBDI
