The OSC page becomes non-responsive

On : 18.104.22.168.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns
When going to Lead territory mapping set dimensions using the Task " Manage Sales Lead Assignment Objects " the tab is not opening.
When I clicked on the tab the page becomes non-responsive .
