In a shared services environment the objective is for Managers to self-service as much as possible, and for HR shared services to perform specialist tasks only where the manager is unable to complete them.
To support this model it may be necessary to split the Hire process into parts to be performed by different individuals. For example some personal information may be completed by the Manager, and then the process completed by Shared Services.
This request is for a configurable ability to define what items of data should be created by which role.
