Organization Field Is Empty When Creating an User in Manage Users (Doc ID 2221856.1)

Symptoms

Customer wants to add a new user in Manage Users to an existing organization.
The organization has already a manager.
When customer selects the Resource Role as Saleperson for the new user and then selecting the existing manager in Manage Users the Organization name is automatically displayed correctly as expected.
But if the customer changes for the new user Resource Role to Sales Manger, then Organization is not displayed.
