Report Schedules Only Use 12 Hour Time Format (Doc ID 2221899.1)

A user is set to 24 hour time format in "My Preferences", however, viewing the report schedule details shows in 12 hour format.

24 hour format is used when displaying report details in the web.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Schedule a report to run in the afternoon
  2. Change user preferences to 24 hour format
  3. View the scheduled report details
  4. Time is shown in 12 hour format
