Orders Not Found through Order REST API (Doc ID 2221974.1)

Oracle Commerce Cloud provides Web APIs for customers to implement their own web service to handle some of OCCS events and do their custom work upon receiving these events. For instance, when "Order Submitted" event is received, customer may want to do something such as calling OCCS order REST API to pull the submitted order and store it into their own system.  

The problem may occur sometimes that the order REST API with the submitted order's ID returns "order does not exists" error message:
