Orders Not Found through Order REST API (Doc ID 2221974.1)

Symptoms

Case 1: Orders placed in Preview

When call GET /ccadmin/v1/orders/{orderId} to retrieve orders placed in Preview, it may return following response: 

However, these orders are seen in customer's external order management system if Order Submit Webhook is implemented that sends the orders to customer's external order management system.

Case 2: Orders are placed in multi sites

When call GET /ccadmin/v1/orders/{orderId} to retrieve orders placed in multi sites, sometimes it may return the above response as well.
