Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LTI Available budget is not populating. Can we please do a conference call so we can resolve this. Its taking a lot of time with trouble shooting.
Please see the plan attached.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to compensation
2. Act as proxy
3. Select plan
4. Budget does not show.
