On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Performance

Why is user unable to create tasks in sales cloud?

Here are steps to reproduce the issue

1. Login
2. Go to Home
3. Expand 'Sales' Folder
4. Click on Activities
5. Click on Tasks tab on left hand side
7. Click on Create task

Page displayed is blank
blank page contains just the label name, the text box in from of them are missing.
