Mobile And Work Phones Need To Be Displayed On The Contact Business Card View (Doc ID 2222286.1)

Currently there is no way to add the Contact Mobile or Work Phone fields on the contact landing page card view. Need to add this enhancement for Oracle customers who need both numbers displayed.

If both numbers were displayed, then it would mitigate the users from drilling down into the contact to see both numbers listed. It would streamline their day-to-day process by saving clicks.


The contact has a mobile and work phone. The primary phone is his work phone. The business card view only displays the primary phone.

Verified in Application Composer that the mobile/work phone fields are not available to add. Application Composer> Common > Standard objects> Contact> Pages> Landing page.
