Symptoms
On Oracle Fusion, 11.1.11.1.0 version, Getting error during the Load Interface File for Import process for a Receivables invoice.
ERROR:

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL, column CONVERSION_DATE.
ORA-01830: date format picture ends before converting entire input string
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting to be able to import data into interface tables
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Tools > Scheduling Processes
3. Run Load file to interface program
4. Select autoinvoice
5. Review the process and observed the error described appears
