On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After running an audit report, cannot find a user.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To find all recent users.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Run login audit report as per KM 2190558.1
3. Cannot find the user

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin cannot find users.
