Symptoms

When attempting to perform a transfer between entities, the following error occurs.

There are no intercompany payables accounts defined for the From {FROM_LE_ID} and To {TO_LE_ID} legal entities. Details: Intercompany accounts payable must be defined for this intercompany relationship.
