Customer is using a SQL predicate that provides update access on account only if the user's department matches the value of a custom Account field named Segment.
Customer has a group of fields on the Account edit page.
The access is working as expected but there is a particular case when the user sees all the out of the box Account fields as read only as expected but the group of fields is editable.
