Information in this document applies to any platform.
The issue reported is happening only:
- for the Legal Entity defined for the country Singapore;
- and both start date and end date are defined (other than 01-JAN-0001 and 31-DEC-4712 respectively).
The issue is only seen when clicking on cancel button on the Manage Legal Entity HCM Information Task.
However, the legal entity can be edited without any issues.
1. Go to Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Legal Entity HCM Information task
2. Search and Edit a Legal Entity for Country Singapore
3. Edit -> Correct
4. Click on Cancel. A warning message appears and then the error is raised
The Error received is:
Unable to retrieve content. Remote Region error #[x]
