How to Resolve "Please provide your resume" Error when Uploading a Resume in Social Sourcing

User is unable to upload a friend's resume due to the error "Please provide your resume" although the file has already been provided.

Please provide your resume.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the zone
2. Locate the requisition
3. Click 'Upload Friend's Resume'
4. Fill out the form
5. Add the resume file
6. Although the file is showing as added, the user receives the error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot refer friends for a requisition.
