Industry Field Values Are Not Getting Populated In Eloqua and OSC Integration (Doc ID 2224034.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, CX Integration

Industry Field values are not getting populated in external calls.

We are facing a weird issue, wherein we are not able to push/pull Industry data from/to Oracle Eloqua to Oracle Sales Cloud, under leads,contacts & accounts.

This industry field is a custom fixed choice list.

ERROR

Applying List binding LOV_FOR_Industry_New_c with given set of values lead to no matching row of type : SalesLead


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a lead in Eloqua
2. Run the integration with Sales Cloud.
3. Receive the error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot integrate Eloqua with Sales Cloud for records where industry is populated.
