ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While loading customers and contacts using the 'Upload Customers from Spreadsheet' the contact points are not getting created for contacts which have phone numbers populated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The phone numbers should be created for the contact

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate Upload Customers in Spreadsheet template
2. Upload Spreadsheet

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the contact points phone numbers.
