Populate Button Does Not Update The Quote (Doc ID 2224616.1)

Symptoms

When the user goes into an account page and clicks populate, the quote does not update with the necessary information.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Enter a Quote
  2. Go through the populate by account action.
  3. Click on Search button
  4. Enter one of the accounts to view their details.
  5. Click Populate. Nothing happens
