Earlier tweets are not being pulled after privacy settings from the user is changed from private to public.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Earlier tweets are expected to be pulled into engage.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot monitor and respond to all messages in engage and are missing out on few messages.
