Control Budget Successfully Uploaded Is Not Visible (Doc ID 2224793.1)

Symptoms

Request to refresh the balances to the cube failed.

Data is not loaded because of missing members in the cube. To correct please do the following:

1. Run the Rebuild Budget Chart of Accounts Dimension ess program budgetary control cube name : XCC_ESMAdvisory and the followingBudget Chart of Accounts Dimension name(s):
  Budget Chart of Accounts Dimension: Account.

2. Run the Transfer Control Budget Balances to Essbase ess program the following control budget(s):
Control Budget - ESMAdvisory

setErrorCode :: ERROR returned from XCC_PREPARE_CONTROL_BUDGET.post_essbase_err_handler_hook Procedure ::null
setErrorCode : Successfully Closed the callable statement
refreshBalancesFunction: Uploading data to Budget Cube failed... Error::Data is not loaded, because of missing dimension members. Please check the output file. Add them and re-submit the Refresh Balannces program.
