Irregularities with Opportunities Filter displayed in OSC Mobile (Doc ID 2225011.1)

Users are not seeing the default filter for Opportunities displaying as it is set in OSC until after they perform a Search. The filter can also switch back and forth while navigating the Opportunities area.

Users expect to see the default filter in OSC Mobile as they set it in OSC. They also expect the filter to remain the same unless they specifically change it.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. They set the default filter for Opportunities in OSC to be "Records I Own".
2. When they bring up Opportunities in OSC Mobile, the default filter shows "Records where I am on the team".
3. When they attempt to search Opportunities, the default filter shows "Records I Own".
4. The filter can switch back and forth while navigating the Opportunities area.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the filter default that the set in OSC reflected in OSC Mobile.
