Symptoms
Supply order creation failed because a transfer price was not specified. When customer is trying to import the Transfer order through FBDI template, they are facing the below error.
"Supply order creation failed because a transfer price was not specified"
They receive the above error in Supply Orchestration and Transfer order does not get created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Import the Transfer order through FBDI template.
3. Run "Load Interface File for Import"
4. Run "Process Supply Chain Orchestration Interface."
5. Check if both processes were successful
6. Go to review in Supply Orchestration UI
7. See the error: Supply order creation failed because a transfer price was not specified
The issue has the following business impact: Transfer order does not get created
