Unable to view and administer when users are locked out in Primavera Cloud Administration

Ability to view and administer user lockouts

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. select lock out filter

Due to this issue, users cannot view/ reset user lockouts from Primavera Application
