OTBI: Calling Dashboard From URL Does Not Filter All Pages (Doc ID 2225324.1)

Calling a dashboard through URL and passing 2 parameters. The dashboard loads fine and filter is being applied for page 1, but page 2 shows all records and it not filtered

Expected that all pages from the dashboard has the filter applied by the parameters sent through the URL.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a dashboard with 2 pages.
2. Page 1 shows details of Business Plan, page 2 shows details of Partner
3. Created URL to call dashboard
4. Page 1 get filtered
5. Page 2 does not.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see correct data on Page 2 of the dashboard.
