Mobile: Error When Trying To Add Custom Object Mobile Pages As Subtab of Accounts

When trying to edit mobile pages layout and add fields for custom object its not getting saved throwing error as shown in screenshot.

An applicaiton error occured. See the incident for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 686, Server Domain:CRMDomain, Server Instance: CRMCommonServer_1, Application Name: CRMCommonApp.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Application Composer
2. Mobile Pages
3. Create or edit list layout: Organization ToPlacementForAccounts.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot customize mobile pages
