While saving Compensation worksheet ran into an error message that indicates that the changes were not saved because another user making updates to the same workers.

ERROR
-----------------------
Your changes were not saved because another user is currently making updates to the same workers. You must cancel and return to make changes at a later time. (CMP-1005415)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) A manager logs in, makes a change, saves, keeps the worksheet opened
2) Another manager opens a form a makes a change to the same worker, saves the change
3) The 1st manager tries to save the changes to the same form and gets the error message
