Config API Unable to Query Commerce Attributes from a Recommendation Rule after Upgrade to 2016 R2 (Doc ID 2226333.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 30, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle BigMachines CPQ Cloud Service - Version 2016 R2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When a model is configured using the Configure SOAP API, the BMQL to retrieve the Commerce attributes within the Recommendation Rule does not derive the values as expected. This works fine when the model is configured manually. This happens in both Webservice 1.0 and 2.0. This is also reproduced with constraint and recommended items rules.
