Non Admin SuperUsers Cannot Edit My Preferences Start Page. (Doc ID 2226597.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Users cannot edit the My Preferences, View section. (i.e., Start Page, Pages and Menu visibility). They can see this page in 'read-only' mode.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
-----------------------
My Preferences should be editable.

STEPS:
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Primavera.
  2. Navigate to Administer, My Preferences, View (in version 18, click on the arrow to the right of the login name. Then select My Preferences).
  3. Try changing Start page.
  4. It is read only.
