ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to Load Contracts attachment
I am trying to upload a contract from the "Manage File Import Activities" task. I used "Contract with no lines (Non-Hierarchical)" mapping for this upload. I have uploaded the Contracts data file and also the Contracts Attachment(zip file) and Activated the process. The Process ended with Status "Completed" but the Import Attachment sub process is in processing status .
I am able to search the contract in the Contracts page, but attachment is missing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The contract should be imported with the attachments as well

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
