For Cloud Customers, Emails Are Not Showing Custom Logo or Oracle Logo If Logo Has Not Been Customized (Doc ID 2226760.1)

Emails not showing custom Logo

Outbound emails from OTM are not showing client logo even after updating the following through Property Management (Logged in as DBA)

glog.mail.images = $glog.webserver.URL$/images/$glog.customPath$/mail
glog.mail.logo.filename = CUSTOM_IMAGE.jpg

After setting the above properties in the Custom Property Set, the customer did:

Branding>>Upload Mail and User Defined Images>>Upload Mail Images>>Select CUSTOM_IMAGE.jpg and Click OK
