Symptoms
Emails not showing custom Logo
Outbound emails from OTM are not showing client logo even after updating the following glog.properties through Property Management (Logged in as DBA)
glog.mail.images = $glog.webserver.URL$/images/$glog.customPath$/mail
glog.mail.logo.filename = CUSTOM_IMAGE.jpg
glog.mail.logo.filename = CUSTOM_IMAGE.jpg
After setting the above properties in the Custom Property Set, the customer did:
Branding>>Upload Mail and User Defined Images>>Upload Mail Images>>Select CUSTOM_IMAGE.jpg and Click OK
