Unable To See Enterprise Set At The Time Of Creating Sales Person (Doc ID 2226943.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Customer Data

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When viewing a Resource on the "Manage Resources" task, customer goes to "Sales Person" tab.
On that tab, there is a drop down under the "Set" column only shows the following options:

- XXX SET
- YYY SET
- Search...

Customer expects to see "Enterprise" on this drop down as well.
Why does the customer expect this?
Because it is available as an option under the "Manage Set Assignments" task for "Reference Data Set Code"
