Goal

Why the Balance Calculation Date is not displaying correctly for an Anniversary Year Absence Accrual Plan?
The accrual is 22 days vacation, the accrual term starts from hire date anniversary and is then valid for 1 year from hire date anniversary.
Ex. employee is hired on 17/03/2016, enrolled to the Anniversary Accrual Plan, Run the Accrual on 17/03/2016, but the Balance Calculation Date is 31/12/2016 instead of 16/03/2017.
The accrual term and calculations should be reflecting all dates based on anniversary hire date with duration of 1 year
