While using the New Engage user has been keeping their dashboard set to show unread messages only so they can concentrate only on what they need to reply. In these past days the volume of notification is very low.
User went back to Classic Engage, changed to see "Inbox" that shows all the messages (read and unread) and saw several posts with blue dots and around 20 unread messages in different posts.
